Budhi: A Journal of Ideas and Culture -  is an international and peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal of philosophy that seeks to encourage creative and critical contemporary interpretations and appropriations of the history of ideas as well as theoretical constructions addressing contemporary culture and society.

Diwa: Studies in Philosophy and TheologyDiliman Review - is a refereed journal published twice a year by the Graduate Schools of Divine Word Seminary, Tagaytay City and Christ the King Mission Seminary, Quezon City, Philippines. Subscribers and contributors can write to diwasvd@yahoo.com

PhilPapers - is an index of philosophy-related journals, books, open access archives, and personal pages of academics. It is "maintained by the community of philosophers" and allows you to browse over 1,000 philosophy journals. It does have a function that allows you to search open access resources only.

PHILIPPINIANA SACRA - is the official publication of the Ecclesiastical Faculties of the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. It is published three times a year with an Ecclesiastical Approval. Articles written in English, Spanish, Latin, and Filipino (with English translation) focusing on Philosophy, Theology, Canon Law and Church History are welcome.
