COARDE:

A Collection of Curated Open Access Resources 

COARDE or Compendium of Open Access Resources in the Digital Environment is a joint project of the University of Nueva Caceres School of Graduate Studies - Master in Library and Information Science Students for academic year 2021-2022 together with the Goa Municipal Library through Ms. Ruby Antonneitte Espedido. 

This project is product of the Problem, Research, Outcome-Based Education (PROBE), a new curriculum design of the School of Graduate Studies of the University of Nueva Caceres. Through this project the problem of inadequacy of available online resources within the Goa Municipal Library is being addressed.

The main objectives of this project are the following:

  1. Extend support to the implementation of flexible learning by offering e-resources for easy access by any library user or researcher.

  2. Provide high quality, convenient, timely and affordable access to highly relevant information resources through the compendium of open access resources.
